  • How can I cancel my order?
    Please double-check your items and total before completing your order, as we’re unable to edit it once placed. However, if you’d like to cancel, you may log into your account and request a cancellation within 60 minutes of placing the order. If cancellation is not possible, you can set up a free return after your items arrive.
  • Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?
    Currently, our site only allows one promo code per order to provide the best possible discount. Choose the code that maximizes your savings, and remember, orders over $79 automatically receive free shipping in most locations worldwide! Check out our Store Policy for more information.
  • What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@miraathletica.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue, and our team will respond within 3 business days to assist you.
  • How do I check my order status?
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
  • Do you offer a loyalty or rewards program?
    Yes, we do! Our free loyalty program provides members with exclusive discounts, first access to new releases, and other special offers. To join, register on our membership page.
  • My order shipped but seems delayed. What should I do?
    Carrier delays can occur and are unfortunately beyond our control. Keep an eye on your tracking information for updates. If your item is out of stock at our main warehouse, we’ll ship it from an alternate warehouse or store location to ensure timely delivery.
  • Are there additional charges for shipping to remote locations?
    Yes, orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may incur additional fees due to logistical requirements.
  • How can I track a missing package?
    If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact Mira Assist through our Contact Us page. Provide your order ID, tracking number, full name, and shipping details to help expedite your request.
  • What are your shipping fees and estimated delivery times?
    Shipping fees vary based on location and shipping method. Orders over $79 receive free shipping to most locations. Estimated delivery times are displayed in your order history upon checkout.
  • How do I return my order?
    Returns are free and can be completed within 30 days of purchase. Log into your Mira account to initiate a return, print a prepaid label, and drop off your package at a nearby shipping outlet. Once submitted, you’ll receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which you can use to track your return status. Please note that if items show signs of damage due to improper use, a refurbishing fee may apply.
  • What’s Mira Athletica’s return policy?
    You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items that are unworn, unwashed, and have the original hang tags attached. Our holiday return policy has ended; the last day for returns on holiday purchases was January 23. Learn more about returns on our Return Policy page.
  • When will my return be processed?
    Once received at our warehouse, returns are processed within 3–5 business days. Check your return status online by logging into your account.
  • The return tracking says 'Delivery Failed'—what does this mean?
    If your return was delivered to our warehouse outside of business hours, tracking may show "Delivery Failed." Please check back the next business day for an update.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–10 business days after return processing. Some banks may take longer, so the credit may appear on your next billing cycle.
