Mira's General Size Guide

Measuring Tips

  • Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level around your body. Hold it snug but not tight for an accurate measurement.

  • Waist: Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your waist, generally located just above the belly button. Make sure it’s comfortable, not tight.

  • Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually 20 cm (8 inches) below the natural waistline. This will help determine the best fit for bottoms like leggings.

  • Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle bone. This length helps ensure that leggings and pants fit comfortably along the leg.

Fit Tips for Mira Athletica Bottoms

Short Sizes (5'4"/163 cm and under): Short bottoms have an inseam that’s 2”/5 cm shorter and a rise that’s 3/8”/1 cm shorter than our regular fit, offering a more proportioned fit for petite frames.
Tall Sizes (5'8"–6'/173-183 cm): Tall bottoms feature an inseam that’s 2”/5 cm longer and a rise that’s ½”/1.5 cm longer than regular fit, giving a better length for taller frames.
Available Styles: Short and tall options are available in select styles only. For details on inseam lengths specific to each style, check the product page.
Choosing Your Size: If you’re between sizes, go smaller for a close fit or larger for more room. When waist and hip measurements suggest different sizes, go with the size that matches your hip measurement for the best fit.

Find Your Bra Size

Getting the right bra size is key to enjoying all the support and comfort Mira bras have to offer. Grab a tape measure and wear an unlined bra to take your measurements. No tape measure? No problem—just use a string and a ruler to check your size!

Three Tips for Finding the Right Fit
1. Check the Straps
Raise your arms to test the fit—the underband should stay in place, sitting level on your ribs, with enough room to comfortably fit two fingers underneath. Straps should feel secure and weightless—no digging or slipping for all-day comfort.
2. Check the Band
Make sure the fabric gives you full coverage without any gaps, bulges, or uncomfortable pinching. It should fit smoothly and comfortably, offering support without compressing or squishing.
3. Test the Support
Try five jumping jacks (or a similar move from your workout routine). If there’s too much bounce, consider a style with higher support, wider straps, or a secure racerback to keep everything comfortably in place.
